What's growing in the garden?

The boys have been working hard. They have planted different vegetable seedlings and they water the plants most days.

Mr Malloy lent us some tools and showed us how to weed the garden ready for planting vegetables.
We dug and dug and dug.

Alex helped carry the compost from Miss Walker's car. We dug in two bags to help make the soil good for planting vegetables.

Alex and Logan

Last Friday Logan and Alex worked hard in the hot sun to get the flower garden ready for some planting. They put in some marigolds and some swan plants for the butterflies.
They watered the garden. The boys will need to water the plants every day.

Starting to make the garden.

The boys start to get the garden outside Mrs Burt's office ready. This is the first area at school the boys are working on.
